Automatically when you visit the site: technical data collected through cookies and website analytics tools (see section 6).

Where this data is stored. The data you submit through the forms on this site is recorded in two places: it is sent as an email to office@proraim.eu, and it is stored as a record in the website’s database. In addition, a copy of each outgoing message is kept briefly so that we can check whether it was delivered. The retention period for each is set out in section 5.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • Processing and delivering your order — performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • Issuing invoices and accounting records — legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
  • Responding to enquiries sent through the contact form — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
  • Website analytics via cookies — consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share your data with

  • Speedy courier service — name, phone number and address, solely for delivering your order
  • Our accountant — invoicing details, where you have requested an invoice
  • Our hosting provider — as part of the technical operation of the website

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Form submissions — orders, registrations and enquiries are kept for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted automatically from the website’s database.
  • Accounting documents and invoices — for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation. These are held separately from the website records and are not affected by the 24-month period.
  • Copies of outgoing emails from the site — up to 14 days, solely to check whether a message was delivered. They are then deleted automatically.
  • Cookie consent — your choice is remembered for 180 days, after which we will ask again.

You may ask us to delete your data before these periods expire at any time — see section 7.

6. Cookies

This site uses two kinds of cookies:

  • Essential — required for the basic functions of the site, including remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled and are not used for tracking.
  • Statistics — for traffic analysis via Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited. These cookies are loaded only after your explicit consent. Until consent is given, Google’s scripts are not loaded at all and no information about your visit is sent to Google.

On your first visit you will see a banner where you can accept all cookies, reject them, or choose which ones to allow. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings button. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings.

This site does not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA. If you consent to statistics cookies, technical data about your visit is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you do not give that consent, no such transfer takes place.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access your personal data
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”)
  • restrict processing
  • data portability
  • object to processing
  • withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@proraim.eu.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria — www.cpdp.bg.

9. Changes to this policy
